Acceptance of Terms. By using https://windowcleaningcicero.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, XWC Xtreme Window Cleaning Inc markets and arranges Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Christmas Light Decoration, Glass Door Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. XWC Xtreme Window Cleaning Inc (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. XWC Xtreme Window Cleaning Inc may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. XWC Xtreme Window Cleaning Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of XWC Xtreme Window Cleaning Inc arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold XWC Xtreme Window Cleaning Inc harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. IL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Updates. XWC Xtreme Window Cleaning Inc reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
